With the expansion of the gift shop, we are able to also expand into a few more varieties of gifts we did not carry before.  Our newest catagory we have added is Christian and Inspirational Gifts.  This area is new so it will take a while to grow as we continue our search for the gifts that are the quality of what we carry.  However we do already have a small selection of First Communion, Baptism and Confirmation gifts available.  We will be working vigirously on buying for this area as we continue our search for high quality gifts.

Now heading into March we are looking at Yummy treats to take us  to St Patrick's day!  Green, Hmmmm...How about double chocolate mint Cupcakes, Key Lime cupcakes and of course Pistachio cupcakes :)  

As for cookies, we will need to bring out the Shamrock sugar cookies, Pistachio & Cranberry Cookies and of course Green Peanut Blossoms to name a few.

Unfortunately at this time I am struggling with St Patrick's Day decor, hopefully by next year I will find a cute supplier that meets my expectations.  We do have adorable Easter decorations, and since Easter is so early this year stop in and get ready for Easter!

Ahhh, 2013, how I am excited to see you arrive, so much to look forward to this year!  

With Christmas behind us, our first Christmas with the newly expanded gift shop too...we are now in the process of making a room filled with Christmas year round!  Since opening the gift shop back in May, we have not had a lot of opportunity to get too creative with displays, mostly just working on getting the gift shop set up...now with January here, life slows down a little allowing us time to do some much needed problem solving!  So, first...Year round Christmas area :)

Ah, my favorite time of the year, so many people out and about everyone is always so chipper and looking forward to the holiday's...all the fun treats that come with the holidays too!

With Halloween over everything goes into Christmas mode, unfortunately retailers overlook Thankgiving.  I can share that the only reason we overlook Thanksgiving in decorating as it takes us from Halloween to Thanksgiving to get Christmas decorations done!  I wish Santa would borrow me some of those magic elves!

Ahhh, with the return to school and Labor Day behind us all the Autumn Yumminess comes out.  Texas Style Chili returns to the daily menu, Pumpkin Pecan Cookies and soon scones and Cupcakes too!  Caramel Apples are also being made...Yummy.

We are introducing a 'flavor of the week' coffee...this will be a flavored coffee from Door County Coffee...Don't worry we still have our Black Pearl Coffee's: House, French & Cinnamon Spice...of and decaf :)
